This lovely villa is set on a quiet lane, set in a landscaped garden with views over an unspoilt valley of farmland and orchards. The secluded location offers complete privacy but there are neighbors so one does not have to feel isolated in Casa Lea. It would be difficult to find a more attractive exterior - paved terraces on different levels lead to the pool terrace (care should be taken with very young children as the terraces are on different levels). Cool marble floors lead from the main rooms to the shaded terrace. The terrace has a large barbecue area to one side and in the distance it has sea views.

The villa is about ten minutes drive from many beaches and the centre of Albufeira and is even closer to Pateo and Guia with several good restaurants. The interior takes advantage of the beautiful views over the valley and the coast in the distance. Each room has a terrace or balcony with views over the countryside. The well-designed, fully equipped kitchen has a lovely breakfast area off the dining room. The main rooms are exceptionally bright and spacious and the house is decorated with a mix of local and Asian furniture.
