On the Zeeland Riviera is our 4* holiday home, which we offer for rent for max. four people at the bungalow park Het Kustlicht in Zoutelande.

The holiday home has a sheltered, fenced, south-facing garden of approx. 750m² with parking on site. There is plenty of garden furniture available.

Layout ground floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds, shower, toilet, living/dining room with open kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) there is also a wall safe. Stereo, Ktv are provided. On the loft is a double bed with two mattresses. There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The house is also connected to KPN Internet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• In case of cancellation up to 120 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

• In case of cancellation from 120 days (inclusive) to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

• In case of cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

• In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

• If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The holiday home is located at Kustlicht 1, a quiet bungalow park in Zoutelande. Zoutelande is a friendly village with nice shops, terraces and many restaurants. In the immediate vicinity you will find culture and history. There are also picturesque villages nearby, of which Veere is the best known, in addition to the most famous places being Middelburg, Vlissingen and certainly not to forget the seaside resort of Domburg.
Walcheren is ideal for cycling and walking.

The beach of Zoutelande
Zoutelande has beaches facing south. Because of this location, Zoutelande, together with Dishoek and Westkapelle, is also called the Zeeland Riviera. Zoutelande is a wonderful family seaside resort. A narrow row of dunes and a dike separate the village from the water. The dunes are the highest in the area. The beach has the Blue Flag; a recognition for a clean and safe beach.

It is called the most beautiful marathon in the Netherlands. And the heaviest. Coastal Marathon Zeeland takes runners, walkers and mountain bikers along the Zeeland coast between Burgh-Haamstede and Zoutelande. Every year, thousands of sports enthusiasts take on the challenge in the first weekend of October. That weekend of October, Zeeland is dominated by the Zeeland Coastal Marathon. 42,195 kilometers of climbing and descending along the coast, suffering along a bustling North Sea coast with the wind in your hair.
