Holiday bungalow Zoutelande

Our family home is designed for holidaymakers of all ages and is easily accessible for the little ones up to their grandparents. We enjoy the garden, the beach and the surroundings ourselves. Inside we enjoy cooking together in the kitchen and the conviviality and hope that our guests do the same.
The bungalow has a tiled floor and central heating. This way it is child and parent friendly. The house has a living area of approximately 175 ^m2 , with an open roof construction, which enhances the space.

The renovated, open kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), kettle and ample material for 8 people to prepare a delicious meal. In the utility room at the entrance there is a second refrigerator and a microwave and washing machine.
The living room has a fireplace, books and games for children and adults, Denon stereo, documentation of the area and a piano. There is no television but there is fast WiFi. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a separate (also renovated) shower and toilet.
For sleeping accommodation there are two large (parent) bedrooms: a large bedroom with two single beds and sink, one with two single beds with direct entrance to the bathroom (which can also be reached via the hall). There are two smaller (children's) bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 beds (separate) and sink and a small bedroom with bunk beds.

There are several terraces in the garden, two of which are attached to the house, so that you can enjoy a book, a game, something tasty to eat, a drink or company at any time of the day in the shade or in the sun. The garden (>1000 m ² ) has various plants and a lawn, offers privacy and play facilities. There is a sandbox with toys for the little ones. Detached shed for garden furniture, bicycles (4), child seats (front and rear), grill / BBQ and handcart. There is ample parking next to the house in the driveway. For children there is a cot and high chair, sandbox, bicycle seats and toys. There are several playgrounds nearby.
The house has an alarm system. The beds, pillows and duvets are all equipped with anti-allergy covers. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The dunes are reachable at 800 m. In the summer season (May - September) a beach house is included in the rent with (lounging) chairs, sun and wind screen.
From the house and garden you can hear the honking ships and see the Westkapelle lighthouse at night.
The village of Zoutelande is 2 km away. There are two campsites in the immediate vicinity (Groot Valkenisse and De Meerpaal) with play facilities, camping shop and restaurants. Middelburg and Vlissingen are easily accessible by bike within 8 kilometers. Via the bicycle ferry from Vlissingen to Breskens you can easily spend a day cycling in Zeeland Flanders or visit the beach. Neeltje Jans, Yerseke, Renesse, Goes are all easily accessible by car or longer bike ride.
