The house is located on a small-scale holiday park in the cozy Zonnemaire on Schouwen-Duiveland, centrally between the Grevelingen, the Oosterschelde and the North Sea. Arcadia is attractively and comfortably furnished and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay with family, friends and your four-legged friend. Cyclists, hikers, divers and seniors will also find a perfect base here to discover Zeeland.
The bright living room with patio doors gives direct access to the covered terrace and the fully fenced garden (0.75 meters high). This allows children to play safely and dogs to roam freely. Thanks to two outdoor taps, you can easily rinse beach gear, bicycles or diving equipment. In addition, there is a practical storage room for bicycles and surfing, kite and diving equipment.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, combi oven and refrigerator. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms with a total of six beds and a baby cot. The bathroom has a shower and sink and there is a separate toilet.
There is parking for one car directly at the house. There are extra parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars at the holiday park.
