Villa Park Oesterbaai Zeeland is a feast for the eyes with its colorful bungalows.
Villapark de Oesterbaai is a child-friendly park, there is only traffic from holiday guests in the park.
The park is located directly on the Oosterschelde National Park.
The park has two playgrounds, a Jeu de Boules court, table tennis and a football arena.
Within walking distance you will find several shops in Wemeldinge, including a supermarket, bakery and a butcher.

The reception staff are happy to assist you.
You will also find brochures and information about the area at the reception.

Layout:

A spacious, light and cozy house with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a Senseo with milk frother.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (down duvets).
The bathroom has a sauna, a shower, toilet and a washing machine.
The living room is spacious and bright and has an extra space with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Adjacent is a second bathroom with bath.
Outside there is a canopy with lounge set, BBQ and jacuzzi.
Pets are allowed, the garden is closed so that the dog cannot escape. The house is non-smoking.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional mandatory costs on location:

Tourist tax: €2.25 p.p.p.n.
Linen package: €11 p.p.p.v.
Final cleaning: is included

Optional costs:

Bath towels: €5.50 p.p.
Kitchen towel: €5.50
Cot: €7.50 euro

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period:
15% of the rent
Cancellation 2 to 3 months before the start of the rental period:
50% of the rent
Cancellation 1 to 2 months before the start of the rental period:
75% of the rent
Cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the rental period:
100% of the rent

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.
