General rental and cancellation conditions in brief:

Reservation & payment

• Reservations are binding as soon as availability is confirmed.
• 50% deposit within 14 days, rest no later than 14 days before arrival.
• Last-minute bookings must be paid in full faster or immediately.
• In case of late payment, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancel & change

Free cancellation within 8 days (reservation costs are required).

Then increasing cancellation fees up to 100% just before arrival.

• a. Cancellations must first be reported to BGH by telephone and then confirmed by written email or letter with the addition of the reservation confirmation.
• b. In case of cancellation after 8 days and up to three months before the start date of the rental period, 15% of the rental amount will be charged.
• c. In case of cancellation between 3 months and one month before the start date of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.
• d. In case of cancellation between 1 month and one week before the start date of the rental period, 75% of the rental amount will be charged.
• e. In case of cancellation less than one week before the start date of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
• f. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of € 28 and the reservation costs will always be charged. Changes cost €15 and can be considered as cancellation.
