The park is located directly on the Oosterschelde National Park. The park has two playgrounds, Jeu de Boules court, table tennis and a football arena. Within walking distance you will find several shops in Wemeldinge, including a supermarket, bakery and a butcher.

In total there are four bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.
In addition, there is another bedroom with three single beds.
On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and sink.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink, second toilet and sauna. In addition, there is a storage room in the house with a washing machine.
The house has a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is room for one car at the house.
