Our house has everything for a nice, carefree holiday. 

It has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with oven / microwave, fridge freezer, a coffee machine, kettle, an induction hob, dishwasher and an extractor hood. There is also a washing machine and plenty of storage space for your groceries. The house has a large attractive, spacious living room with a dining table with six chairs, a corner lounge sofa and TV with many channels. 

There is an open staircase to the top where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. All beds equipped with pillows and duvets, wardrobes available for clothes. There is also a high chair and baby cot. The bathroom is equipped with a second toilet, sink and shower. Outside, the garden is completely enclosed and offers a lot of privacy with a large canopy where the table and chairs are so that you can also enjoy the outdoors.

We are Sjack and Silveijn and we are going to rent it out because it seems to do us nice. it is located in a beautiful park in Zeeland in Stavenisse a nice place, where you can enjoy very nicely. and swoon away from the silence. and enjoy the wide and salty scent of Zeeland. Beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for cottage Dijkzicht.

The date of the email is valid as the official cancellation date.

In case of cancellation, the guest/booker owes a fixed fee to the landlord. Cancellations and the time duration, are as follows:

  • After booking 10% of the total rent 
  • Between 42 and 28 days before arrival date 30% of the total rent.
  • Between 28 and 14 days before arrival date 60% of the total rent.
  • From 14 days before arrival date 100% of the total rent.

 Cancellation insurance can offer a solution.

Cancellation by landlord

In exceptional cases of damage to the house such as storm, leakage, so that stay is impossible, 100% will be refunded.

Here you can swim and do and see water sports. Such as kite surfing, subboarding, seal spotting, porpoise watching. You can also see the underwater world, do a boat trip, cycle, walk and get a breath of fresh air. Walk over the mudflats at low tide. Enough for a holiday to remember.

Haamstede Castle, still inhabited and open to the public several times a year.
The largest forest in Zeeland is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home.
The beautiful Veere is also a 30-minute drive from Westerschouwen.
Not only can many birds, oysters, crabs and porpoises be seen along the coast, seals are also regularly found on the sandbanks.
Fallow deer, roe deer, Konik horses and European bison roam the forest.
