The chalet is located on family campsite de Oase close to the center of Renesse (400 meters) and within walking distance of the beach (1.6 km). Whether you're looking for a relaxing family holiday, a romantic getaway or an active holiday full of adventure, a stay at Camping de Oase offers something for everyone. Whether you like cycling, hiking, water sports or just lazing on the beach, there is always something to do in Renesse. In addition, the campsite offers numerous facilities such as playgrounds, sports fields, kids club, laundry, mini supermarket and electric charging stations. We are the Benders family, together with our daughter we live in Etten-Leur. For several decades now, we have been coming regularly to the most beautiful part of Zeeland: Schouwen Duiveland. Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
