The new non-smoking chalet, installed in March 2021, is located on the cozy 5-star family camping site Julianahoeve in Renesse, with a heated swimming pool paradise (slides, bubble baths, sauna and infrared cabin) and a water playground for the little ones. There are also outdoor playgrounds, sports field and tennis court. The chalet is a 5-minute walk from these wonderful amenities. The site is located by the sea and within walking distance of the village.

Only families or persons from 21 years old are allowed in the chalet and on the campsite and pets are not allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment terms:
- Deposit of 25% of the total rent: within 7 days after booking.
- Remaining rent, including deposits: no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The insulated chalet, dim. 4x10 m, with double glazing and central heating, is located on a plot of 157 m2, on which 1 car can also be parked. Pillows and duvets are provided in the chalet. Bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. The consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the rental price.
