Our apartments are equipped with a compact bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner induction plate, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi, TV and Chromecast. The bedrooms have two single beds on the upper floor and the bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included. Outside we have created several seating areas for you where you can enjoy the surroundings and the view of the horses. We also have plenty of private parking. There is also a lockable garage available for bicycles and motorcycles.

Our apartments are beautifully situated on a cycling route and there are many walking routes available over the flower dikes, and through the hedge areas. In addition, there is a tea garden nearby, to get a breath of fresh air on the Western Scheldt there is a beach with a beach bar at 3 km where it is wonderful to sit and watch the boats pass by. If you prefer to go to a city, both Middelburg and Goes are no longer than 20 minutes by car.

We are Arjan and Mireille,
We would like to welcome you to our beautiful place. We live in the beautiful area called the zak van zuid beveland, on a beautiful farmhouse. We share our yard with our dog Floor, two welshponies and our two cats Arti and Sjok. We love nature and cultural landscape and would like to share this with you and hopefully when you stay with us you will experience this same feeling.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The deposit must be paid immediately when booking via the internet booking system (by means of iDEAL payment)
After receipt of the deposit by the landlord, the reservation is definitively confirmed and the rental agreement is concluded. In case of cancellation by the tenant within 2 months before arrival, he will owe a fee of 20% of the rent.
In case of cancellation by the tenant within 1 month before arrival, he will owe a compensation of 75% of the rent.
In case of cancellation by the tenant within 14 days before arrival, he will owe a compensation of the full amount of the rent.
If desired, the tenant will take care of cancellation insurance himself.
Your preference of apartment will be taken into account as much as possible. In case of force majeure, this can be changed by the landlord, the tenant will be informed of this.
A deposit of 20% must be paid at the time of booking.
The full rent must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
When booking within 4 weeks before arrival, the full rent must be paid at once.
In the event of -after^1st reminder- non-compliance with payment obligation, the reservation will be cancelled without obligation to refund an already paid deposit.
Departure earlier than planned - regardless of reason or cause - does not lead to a refund of rent paid.
If the landlord is forced to cancel the rental agreement due to force majeure, the landlord will notify the tenant by e-mail. The landlord undertakes to immediately refund any amounts already paid. The tenant has no other right than to reclaim this amount.

The holiday homes are located on a cycle route network. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in the area. Supermarket and bakery can be found in a village further on. The larger supermarkets and shops are about 10 km away.
