Noordzee Residence De Banjaard is home to our attractive detached villa for eight people. The house is equipped with all the conveniences to spend a carefree holiday with the whole family. Within a 7-minute walk you are on the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. There is our own beach house that you can use for free (from 13 May to 16 September).

The house offers a lot of privacy and has a spacious enclosed garden with two sunny terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Garden
The garden is fully fenced and offers a lot of privacy because there are no rear neighbors. On the two terraces you can enjoy the sun all day long.

In the barn there are many beach items such as kites, a cart, beach chairs and beach ball to have a fun day at the beach.

The Banjaard
At the park you can use most facilities such as the swimming pool, tennis court, bicycle rental, miniature golf and an entertainment program for the children. The Roompot has an extensive camp shop and a good brasserie. On the beach, the Banjaard has its own beach bar.

Wellness
Next to the complex is Blue Wellness Resort Zeeland where you can make use of the many wellness and beauty packages.

Veerse Meer
A stone's throw from the park is the Veerse Meer. Here you can enjoy the various water sports.

Titus was born in Heinkenszand and Selma grew up in Middelburg. Zeeland therefore has a special place in our hearts.
