Welcome to our luxury thatched villa (completely renovated in 2019)! Located at the bottom of the dunes of the North Sea Park Residence de Banjaard.
Our family home has a lovely spacious living room downstairs, with sitting room with electric fireplace, dining room, open kitchen and patio doors to the garden. The villa is equipped with extensive WIFI, Apple airport-express (including Netflix) and 2 televisions. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, such as a combi microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, PFAS-free pans, etc.
In the spacious hall, in addition to access to a large storage room with washing machine and dryer, you will find the toilet and a second bathroom (walk-in shower and sink). On the upper floor are three spacious bedrooms, two rooms with a double bed consisting of 2 single Auping box spring beds and one bedroom with 2 single Auping box spring beds and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower with rain shower, bath, toilet and a large washbasin furniture available.
Outside you will find a spacious garden with various seating areas (6 people) and 2 comfortable sunbeds. The garden was renovated in 2021 and has a garden house with a covered veranda with heater.
Our lovely holiday home is a 600-meter walk (7 min.) from Banjaard beach, the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands (2023 and previous years). You can enjoy walking, sunbathing and relaxing at the Beach Pavilion. From a distance you can see the Oosterscheldekering.
You can also enjoy sailing or a boat trip on the Veerse Meer (10 min. by bike) or spot seals in the Oosterschelde.
Cycling in Zeeland, for example to Veere, Vrouwenpolder or Domburg is also possible. You can also cycle along the Oosterschelde to Colijnsplaat. A beautiful route.
For trips in Zeeland you can drive by car in 20 minutes to half an hour to Goes, Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zoutelande. It is also nice to go to Zierikzee. A visit to Neeltje Jans is also worthwhile.
Zeeland also has a lot to offer in rain or in autumn and winter. You can then relax in the nearby Thermen of the Fletcher Hotel with wellness, hot tub, sauna, etc. These facilities are therefore not located in our house, but about 500 meters away from our house.
There is a lot to do for children at our park Noordzee Residence de Banjaard. There are several playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, miniature golf and a play paradise at the restaurant. Of course they can also play on the very child-friendly Banjaard beach.
You can also use our beach house on the Banjaard beach in the summer period; This is furnished with a windscreen, 2 beach chairs and a table. You can also put your belongings in the cabin, so you don't have to take them back and forth to the beach every time.
