The living room has been restyled with a new kitchen and contains a Smart TV including a Foxsport subscription for watching live Eredivisie and Bundesliga football. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a restyled bathroom including 2 sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. In total, the house offers 8 sleeping places, 6 of which are located on the top floor.

The garden is very spacious and has several grass areas. The garden is enclosed and child-friendly. There are garden doors so that the sunny side can be visited. The terrace is equipped with a glass windshield for a pleasant stay, even in bad weather.

The house is located on the edge of the Roompotpark North Sea Residence de Banjaard and offers a lot of privacy. The house is strategically located near the Veerse Meer, the very clean Banjaard beach and the storm surge barrier with water park Neeltje Jans.

The characteristic Veere and other coastal towns such as Domburg and Zoutelande, but also Goes and Middelburg can be reached by car within approximately 20 minutes from the house. The house offers space for 4 parking spaces on site.

The house is a good starting point in a bicycle-friendly environment to make beautiful trips through the Zeeland landscape. The house is regularly rented by motorcycle enthusiasts to tour along the Zeeland coast.

Various facilities are available at the Roompot Park, such as a restaurant, bar, shop and indoor swimming pool. There is also a miniature golf and tennis court and entertainment is offered by Koos Konijn.
