Chalet Bintie is located at the Marina beach resort holiday park in Hoek Zeeland. The chalet has central heating and a pellet stove. living room with large sofa and large TV with all Dutch, German and Belgian channels, there is also WiFi available. which is not the case at the rest of the campsite.
It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. Bedroom 1 with a double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. bedroom 3 with a 1-person bed. The entire chalet has a PVC floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, a Senseo machine, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue.
Dogs are welcome max 2.
The park has a beach and an indoor playground where there is also a restaurant and a marina. So there is something for everyone for water sports and swimming in the lake.
surfing lessons are also given.

We are Hanna and Henry both nearing retirement. and bought this chalet with the aim of renting it out
if we cannot be there ourselves. We currently only go on weekends due to work.
Will be present on arrival and departure if possible. If departure is earlier than check-out time, it is possible to leave the keys in a key box.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
The only exception to this is problems caused by the park (closure), in which case there are no costs
