In the middle of beautiful Zeeland, surrounded by peace, greenery and everything that makes this special province so popular, you will find Maison Suz'Anne. An attractive chalet for up to five people, where we wanted to create a place that not only feels like a holiday home, but above all as a place where you can really escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Waking up quietly in the morning with a cup of coffee outside, while the day slowly gets going. No rush, no full agenda. Just think about what you feel like doing today. Maybe towards the sea, discover a town or just go nowhere at all.
Maison Suz'Anne has two bedrooms, a cozy living room and a nice outdoor area where you can sit together on nice days. A place for families who want to make memories, for couples who are looking for time for each other or for friends who just want to catch up undisturbed.
Discover Zeeland from a central location
One of the things we love about this place is its central location. From Maison Suz'Anne you can go in all directions and every day there is something different within reach.
Just a few minutes away you will find a quiet fishing lake. Great to walk to, sit along the water or enjoy the silence together.
Do you feel like a little more liveliness? Then visit Goes, with its cozy center, terraces, shops and historic streets. Find a nice spot on a terrace, order something tasty and watch the city pass you by.
Middelburg is also definitely worth a visit. Stroll through the old streets, past monumental buildings and across the market, discover small shops and settle down for coffee or an extensive lunch. Especially on a sunny day, there is such a wonderful holiday atmosphere in Middelburg where you automatically slow down.
A day at the sea 🤍
And of course, a stay in Zeeland is not complete without the sea.
Within about twenty minutes you will have your feet in the sand. Take a long walk on the beach, look for shells together, have a drink at a beach pavilion or stay until the sun slowly disappears into the sea.
For example, go to Domburg, where the beach, cozy terraces and beautiful shops come together. Or choose Zoutelande, loved for its beautiful beach and high dunes. Walk over the dunes at the top and enjoy the view over the Western Scheldt, while large seagoing vessels sometimes pass by surprisingly close.
On a beautiful summer evening, take a blanket to the beach, have a drink and just sit there until the sky turns pink and orange. It is precisely those simple moments that are often the ones you remember best later.

Of course, you don't have to go out every day. Next to the campsite is a large outdoor swimming pool that guests can use. There is a playground for children and there are also free facilities at Hof van Zeeland.
And sometimes a holiday day when nothing is planned at all is perhaps the best.
Sleep in. Breakfast together. Read a book. Let the children play. Eat something tasty in the evening and then sit outside for a while when it slowly becomes quiet.
Make it your own holiday
Maison Suz'Anne doesn't have to be a place where every minute is filled. We hope that it is a nice base from which you can discover Zeeland in your own way.
Go out, get lost in a Zeeland village, get something tasty at a local bakery along the way, take pictures at sunset, eat an ice cream by the sea and then come home to Maison Suz'Anne.
Because in the end, it is often not the big plans that make a holiday special.
It's the quiet mornings, sand between your toes, an unexpectedly beautiful street, laughing together at the table and those evenings when you think:
"Actually, we don't have to go anywhere today."
