Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Due to special circumstances, the landlord may be forced to cancel and dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and dissolution must be made in writing. In that case, the landlord will do his utmost to offer an alternative to the tenant. If this is not possible to the satisfaction of the tenant, the landlord will refund all amounts paid by the tenant, without any liability of the landlord.

1.2. The tenant is entitled to cancel and dissolve the rental agreement, subject to the following:

• 1.2.1. Cancellation and dissolution must first be reported by telephone, after which you confirm this by registered letter enclosing the rental agreement.
• 1.2.2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of booking, the right of option applies (see point 5).
• 1.2.3. In case of cancellation after 24 hours and up to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rent will be charged.
• 1.2.4. In case of cancellation between 29-15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
• 1.2.5. In case of cancellation between 14-8 days before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental price will be charged.
• 1.2.6. In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price will be charged. At all times, the administration costs will be due in the event of cancellation.

1.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will draw up a cancellation note, with due observance of the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation note and any remaining balance in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
