Bruinisse is located in the east of Schouwen-Duivenland, right on the Grevelingenmeer lake. This makes Bruinisse a great destination for those who love sailing, surfing, wind surfing and other water sports. But there is also plenty to do ashore: on the beach, in the dunes, or in Bruinisse itself. There are holiday parks and holiday homes in Bruinisse for every budget. During summer Bruinisse is an excellent choice for a beach holiday in the Netherlands. The charming fishing village has beautiful beaches and a marina. From there you can enter the water, for example to go line or sport fishing. If you prefer to go hiking or cycling, you can choose from many beautiful routes. You can also drive all the way to the other side of the island, to towns such as Burgh-Haamstede, Westenschouwen and Renesse
