Our bungalow is non-smoking and no pets are allowed." De Christoffel " is a super nice and beautifully located restyled 2 under 1 roof 6 person holiday bungalow. A plus is the large west-facing fenced lawn and the sheltered terrace with late evening sun. In addition, it has a great location at 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and the dike around the Grevelingenmeer!! Is ideal as a starting point for cycling holidays but also family holidays due to the secluded garden and its location on a dead end street. The bungalow has a practical living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms with box springs, 2 new bathrooms, 1 with rain shower and color therapy plus new dormer window, 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the bedroom floor. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a large and comfortable box spring with toppers, as well as the upstairs bedroom on the garden side.
The bungalow has a barn built to the house with an extra large fridge / freezer combination and washing machine.
Our bungalow is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
The bungalow is located at Christoffellaan 83 on the quiet and green part of the park Port Greve but a short walk from the indoor swimming pool, restaurant, playground and plaza plus a Spar supermarket with souvenir shop.

We Martin and Christine bought the Christoffel in 2019, because our life motto is: "Live your dreams, don't dream your life."! After restyling it, we are ready to share it with others. Come and enjoy the house, the large garden with terrace, late evening sun and in high summer a shady spot under the trees. Take a walk or bike ride on the dike, eat a bolus or kibbelingen in a local restaurant and if you want to use the facilities of Summio Park Port Greve

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When renting with 2 people €50 extra discount!! The discount has not yet been included in the price quote of the calendar, so it will still be deducted from the specified price. Minimum rental period 1 week from Saturday to Saturday
Payment terms::
Within 7 days after the confirmation email on your reservation request, you pay 25% of the total rent.
At least 6 weeks before the arrival date you pay the remaining rent.

Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival you are welcome at 15:00.
Upon departure, you are expected to leave the house by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
If you want to arrive or depart at different times, please contact the manager.

In Corona time, Bollo Landal's teddy bear even visits the house.

The lovely wide North Sea beach can be found in various places: for example at beach pavilion Corazon, Beach club Perry's, Natural High. The beach is more than 10 minutes by car from the house. Also at the Brouwersdam beautiful beach and always free parking and usually even in high season

The interior is very attractive with white and blue and the inventory is very complete with oven and dishwasher. Outside we enjoyed a spacious terrace and very large garden where you can sit in the shade in the afternoon. The location is also perfect. In 3 minutes you can walk to the Grevelingenmeer with a sandy beach + lawn and where you can swim. In short, it is wonderful to relax and spend time outdoors. We will definitely come back again!!!
