4-person holiday home on the outskirts of Bruinisse, 500 meters from the Grevelingenmeer.

Our attractive holiday home is located in a small-scale park on the outskirts of Bruinisse, near the Grevelingenmeer.

The fishing village of Bruinisse has many facilities such as a supermarket, bakery, bicycle repair, museum and various shops and restaurants. On one side of the village is the Grevelingenmeer and on the other side the Oosterschelde. This offers the possibilities of beach visits, water sports activities, the harbours and seal spotting.

Bruinisse is also known as the Mussel City and that is for a reason! Local mussel farmers account for a third of the supply of mussels in the Netherlands. In the vicinity you will find Zierikzee, the capital of Schouwen-Duiveland, with its many authentic properties. Nearby you will also find the interesting Deltapark Neeltje Jans and Ouwerkerk, where the Flood Museum is located. Would you rather spend a day at the beach? Then you will be in Renesse in no time, where long beaches, cozy terraces and a vibrant nightlife are well represented.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking: less than 2 months before the start of the trip.

You pay the full travel sum immediately.

Booking more than 2 months before the start of the trip.

35% of the travel sum within 5 days.
65% of the travel sum no later than 8 weeks before the start.

Please note that you must bring the following yourself!

Annul:
If the renter cancels the booking, the renter must always confirm this to the renter by e-mail.
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the written appointment by the tenant.

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price.
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the full rent remains due.
