Completely renovated house with air conditioning for max. 6 people (max. 5 adults), a few streets behind the "village center" (Spuiplein) of Breskens. In this newly renovated house (June 2025) you are 50 meters away from the beach. Through the back gate in the backyard you can walk up the stairs to the boulevard of Breskens. The luxurious spacious kitchen is equipped with a Quooker tap, induction stove, dishwasher, combi microwave and fridge-freezer.
The cozy living room has a flat screen TV and a spacious corner sofa for cozy evenings. On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (with single mattresses) and on the third bedroom a bed with a pull-out lower bed for a sixth sleeping place (child).
The air conditioning is on the landing on the upper floor, for a pleasant temperature during the hot summer nights. You will also find the bathroom with hand and rain shower, double washbasin and a second toilet. The guest toilet is located in the hall on the ground floor. For your holiday laundry, you can use the washing machine in the shed. In the barn you will find a third toilet, extra refrigerator and a drying rack. Your dog is welcome in this house (maximum 2, only on the ground floor).
In this house you are directly in the center of Breskens, where you will see a square full of shops and cozy terraces. The supermarket is located on the same square. You can get fresh fish or a bowl of kibbeling further down the road at the marina.
