This six-person holiday home with sheltered garden and terrace on the edge of Park Schoneveld is located right next to the ‘Waterdunen’ nature reserve and less than one kilometre walking distance from the beach. Your dog is welcome, the garden is fenced with hedges but not with netting. The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single beds and the other two upstairs accessible by stairs: one bedroom with double bed (two single mattresses) and one bedroom with two single beds. From the open-plan kitchen - lounge - living room you have a view of the garden and step directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with full crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, airfryer, oven, microwave and an extra fridge. In the indoor shed you will find the washing machine and freezer. Next to the house you have your own private parking space, a second car can be parked opposite the house on the free car park. You can go for a walk in the nearby ‘Waterdunen’ nature reserve or on the beautiful beaches. If you enjoy cycling, you can get a breath of fresh air in the Zeeland polders or cycle to Cadzand-Bad in the dunes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Towels / bed linen are optional. You can rent it from us or bring your own.

Deposit is € 150,-. This will be refunded within 1 week after departure if the house has been left in good condition.

Costs for a dog are € 30 for the entire stay.

Cancelling or changing the agreement:

It may happen that the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the tenant must inform us by e-mail. In most cases, there are costs associated with a cancellation or change. After cancellation, the tenant will receive a cancellation note. The administration fee for a cancellation/change is 45 euros. In addition to these costs, the tenant owes the following costs:

If cancelled up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation.
In case of cancellation from 1 month to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the invoice amount

Enjoy the wide sandy beach and the cozy beach pavilions and restaurants. Stroll past nice shops and also discover the attractive marina of Breskens. Complete the day with a cruise on the Western Scheldt and spot seals in their natural environment.
For nature lovers, Waterdunen is also recommended: a unique nature reserve where sea, birds and landscape come together.
