Downstairs you have a nice living room with sitting area, dining area and adjoining open kitchen. The kitchen is in very neat condition and is equipped with all appliances. The first bedroom and bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2024 and has underfloor heating. From the living room you reach the first floor with the second bedroom and a cozy loft where you can retreat and relax. The house has large windows, is bright and offers a nice view over the fully fenced garden. Ideal for dog owners. The cottage is close to the playground where children can enjoy themselves.
The dunes with the beach and the sea behind them are about 750 meters from the holiday home. There are also numerous beautiful beach pavilions along the coast. If you are not a sun worshipper, you can also take a bike ride along the coast, visit the picturesque village of Groede or take a walk in the Waterdunen nature reserve. Don't feel like cooking? Then you can get delicious fries at the snack bar at the park or enjoy the restaurant with a cozy terrace and bowling alley. The centre of Breskens is about 2.5 km away. The lively village exudes cosiness, especially during the many festivals and fairs that the village organizes in the summer. In Breskens you will find many restaurants with cozy terraces, various shops and a marina where there is also a restaurant. There are also two supermarkets where you can find everything you need for your daily shopping. Breskens is also a good base for many excursions. Take a day trip to Middelburg or historic Bruges or Ghent. Beautiful cities that you absolutely must see.
