General rental and cancellation conditions in brief:

Reservation & payment

Reservations are binding as soon as availability is confirmed.

50% deposit within 14 days, rest no later than 14 days before arrival.

Last-minute bookings must be paid in full faster or immediately.

In case of late payment, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancel & change

Free cancellation within 8 days (reservation costs are required).

Then increasing cancellation fees up to 100% just before arrival.

a. Cancellations must first be reported to BGH by telephone and then confirmed by written email or letter with the addition of the reservation confirmation.

b. In case of cancellation after 8 days and up to three months before the start date of the rental period, 15% of the rental amount will be charged.

c. In case of cancellation between 3 months and one month before the start date of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.

d. In case of cancellation between 1 month and one week before the start date of the rental period, 75% of the rental amount will be charged.

e. In case of cancellation less than one week before the start date of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

f. In the event of a cancellation, cancellation costs of € 28 and the reservation fee will always be charged.
