Welcome to your fully enclosed private domain of approximately 1000m², reserved only for you. This cozy tiny house (25m²) is the perfect base from which to enjoy the entire oasis; You don't share this paradise with anyone else!
💦 Exclusive Outdoor Living & Privacy (1000m² Tropical Oasis)
Your private oasis is a beautifully landscaped garden that is attractive all year round, with attractive plants and palm trees. The great outdoors are central here, and all amenities are exclusively for you.
• Wood-fired Hot Tub: Experience the wonderful, soothing warmth and crackling fire while relaxing under the stars.
• Natural Swimming Pond & Waterfall: Dive into the idyllic swimming pond and listen to the soothing sound of the waterfall.
• Cold Plunge Pool: For the more adventurous, a cold plunge pool is available at the top of the waterfall, perfect for an invigorating cool-down.
• Terrace: On the spacious wooden veranda that borders the water, there is a spacious lounge sofa, which is replaced by comfortable, spacious garden chairs in winter. On the separate terrace you will find a dining area with a BBQ.
🏠 Facilities & Interior
The interior is cozy, complete and designed for complete comfort.
• Sleeping: The dormitory (via stairs) provides a unique, intimate experience. Alternatively, you can comfortably move to the pull-out 2-person sofa bed in the living room.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, espresso machine, and contains all culinary essentials (including basic ingredients).
•Bathroom: The luxurious bathroom pampers you with a rain shower, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer and essential care products.
•Remaining: TV, WiFi and electric heaters are provided.
🌲 Nature, environment and activities
The CoCo Cabin is located on the border of wide meadows and forest and offers a deep connection with nature.
Honest nature experience: You are a guest in an environment with a rich flora and fauna. This is part of the authentic, pure nature experience that we offer you.
Activities & Sights in the Region: The location is a perfect base for exploring both nature and culture in the central Netherlands.
•Walk: The famous Klompenpaden run directly past our location and offer beautiful walking routes through the rural area.
• Active on the road: Take long walks and bike rides through the green farmland, the forests and over the sand drifts of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Gelderse Vallei.
• Water recreation: In the vicinity there are opportunities for fishing and canoeing along the Valleikanaal.
• Rental options: In the immediate vicinity you can rent bicycles, but also sturdy Solexes, E-Choppers for a nostalgic tour.
• History & Cities: Discover the area around the historic Grebbe Line. For a cultural day trip, the cities of Amersfoort and Utrecht are easy to reach.
🔑 Logistics and important house rules
• Water safety: Entering is at your own risk! The swimming pond has no fence. Minimum age is 6 years and swimming certificate (A) is required.
•Waterfall: You may enter the waterfall, but be careful not to step outside the step.
• Sleeping loft: The sleeping loft is accessible via a staircase. If the stairs are a challenge, you can comfortably swerve to the pull-out 2-person sofa bed.
• Smoking: is not allowed in the cabin.
•Rest: Respect the quiet hours (22:00 – 07:00). Parties are not allowed.
•Parking: There is parking for 1 car which is located at the private path. From here it is a 30-meter walk to the Cabin.

•Check in: Standard check-in is 15:00. Do you expect to arrive later? Please provide the expected time of arrival.
