This Canadian wood-quacked house immediately gives a feeling of peace and freedom and is beautifully situated on a small-scale bungalow park in Soest. This cozy detached holiday home is suitable for 6 people and equipped with fireplace, spacious garden and romantic balcony is made of Canadian white pine with solid beams. This nature house is beautifully situated and offers a view over the meadows and wooded ridge. From the house you walk directly into the sand drifts. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with two box spring beds each, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, induction hob and underfloor heating with natural stone floor. The living room has a fireplace, LED TV, multi-burner and bluetooth radio. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and combi washer/dryer.

On request it is also possible to place a high chair or cot in the house. The terrace features a Yakiniku BBQ grill. Your stay includes made beds, towels and tea towel set.

't Eekhoornnest has been an existing holiday park since 1938 and has been run with great pleasure by the De Jong family since 1963. Over the years, we have welcomed many guests from home and abroad to our small-scale bungalow park with 42 accommodations.
Located directly on the Soester sand drifts and at the foot of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, you are assured of a wonderful holiday. Our holiday park is the perfect starting point for a cozy picnic, fun bike/mountain bike tour

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Excluding € 100 deposit, € 25 reservation costs, € 1.10 tourist tax p.p.p.n., € 180 final cleaning and energy costs. Including linen and towels.

Facilities to be booked:

Bike rental € 15 per day. (Subject to availability)
Upgrade from WiFi to 50 MbPs € 2.50 per day or from 7 days € 10 per week.
Sauna rental € 75,- for 4 persons max. 1.5 hours. (To be booked at reception)
Extra bed linen € 10 per package (to be requested via reception)
Extra towel set € 3.50 per set (to be requested via reception)
Extra tea towel set € 3.50 per set (can be requested via reception).
Cot and chair € 10 (can be requested at reception)

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the holiday-maker pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:
In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 1 month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.

It is forbidden to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue and the like to the walls and furniture.
It is forbidden to throw sanitary napkins, frying oil and other fats down the sewer.
On departure, the accommodation (broom) must be left clean and in its original condition. All furniture must be in the place where you found it on arrival.
Please note: Sauna is not located at the house. Can be rented for a fee.

This holiday home is beautifully situated on a small-scale holiday park on the Soester short dunes. In addition, cities such as Amersfoort, Utrecht, Amsterdam and other tourist spots can be reached quickly and easily. Amersfoort Zoo and the National Military Museum are about 15 minutes by bike and can be reached via a beautiful cycling route through the forest.
