Studio Groene Hart

A studio of 27m² at the rear of a barn with its own entrance. The entrance is in the attached conservatory (30m²) with fireplace and unobstructed views over the adjoining large garden and the polder beyond. The conservatory is actually an extended living room. The garden is enclosed on three sides by a ditch. Lots of greenery and privacy. The studio is cosily furnished, and equipped with all conveniences such as a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and a washer/dryer machine. There is coffee and tea to start. It also says salt, pepper and sugar.

There is a radio, TV with netflix and there is wifi. Heating and cooling with air conditioning.

There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. You sleep in the double bed on the mezzanine, you have to climb the stairs for that. Bath and bed linen is included. 

You can also sit comfortably in the conservatory when the weather is bad, it is soon pleasant there. Too pleasant? Then the two garden doors can be opened. In the adjoining garden you can sit privately (we are in another garden), garden chairs are available. 

For safety, there are a CO2 detector, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

If you take bicycles with you, they can be parked inside and charged. You can rent 2 somewhat older bikes with gears on site, €5 per day or €15 per stay per bike.

Centrally located between the major cities of Utrecht, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague, which are easily  and quickly accessible from the train from Woerden. Woerden is 6 km by bike from the studio. In addition, the Studio is located between the easily accessible historic places such as Woerden, Gouda, Schoonhoven, Oudewater, Montfoort, Linschoten. Couldn't be better! From the Studio you can walk and cycle in all directions in nature. 

Not suitable for pets and small children (locks!). No smoking in the studio.

The neighbor sometimes rehearses with his band in his shed, usually on Thursday evenings until 10:30 pm. Often not during the summer holidays. The studio is well insulated, inside it is almost impossible to hear, and certainly not with the TV or music on. But I have to mention it anyway. Other than that, it is quiet and you only hear the many birds!
