Weekly rental runs from Friday - Friday
Weekend rentals run from Friday - Monday
Midweek rentals run from Monday – Friday.
In consultation, another arrival or departure day is possible.

The cottage can be occupied from 16:00. Departure no later than 10:00 in the morning.  

Additional costs: 
Tourist tax: 2.60 euros per person per night. 

Please note: you bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and kitchen linen. 

Pets in consultation. Here 25 euros extra is charged for the final cleaning.
A deposit of 150 euros is charged. This must be paid with the last installment (6 weeks before arrival) and will be refunded within a week after the stay after the final inspection by the cleaning company. 

Booking and payment conditions: Payment is made in 2 installments. The 1st instalment is 25% of the total booking cost and must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation and the 2nd instalment (75%) no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals within 6 weeks of booking, the entire amount must be paid in 1 instalment within 14 days of booking. For arrivals within 14 days of booking, the amount must be paid immediately in advance of the stay. No rights can be derived from any typing errors in the price list. 

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price; - in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price; - in case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price; - in case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price; - in case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price. The Recron conditions for holiday homes apply to our bookings.
