Our holiday home is located in the most beautiful and quiet spot on the edge of the recreational park 'De Krim' with a view of the 18-hole golf course and the dunes of Texel. This house was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2015 and offers a lot of luxury and comfort and is a wonderful place to stay in both summer and winter. The house has a spacious 'sunny' living room with modern furnishings, digital television, stereo and a dining room. Open kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with various built-in appliances such as dishwasher, combi oven, freezer, refrigerator and stove. There is direct access to the terrace through a large glass sliding door in the dining room.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with a shower and sink, and a bedroom with a bath. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Three bedrooms have comfortable single box-spring beds with a length of 2.10 and 1 bedroom has a king-size bed with a length of 2.10. The house has a total of two toilets. There is an extra room where the washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge-freezer are located.

There are 2 cots available, 1 with an extra thick mattress and a high chair. Outside there is a spacious fully enclosed garden (600 m2 in total) with garden furniture and a shed where, among other things, there is 1 ladies' bicycle that can be used and a nice large Weber barbecue. The house is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long on sunny days.

You have free WiFi at this house. You can park 2 cars in front of the door, additional parking space elsewhere in the park. Our house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is not located in the garden, but a 5-minute walk from the house. The subtropical swimming pool was voted the best swimming pool in the Netherlands in 2018. Tickets are not included in the price and can be ordered online based on availability via the Krim holiday park on Texel

Jan and I both came to Texel as kids. Year after year and when we had children of our own, we kept coming, often at holiday park 'De Krim'. And when we walked on the 'Hanenpad' we said to each other 'if a house ever comes up for sale on the Golf Course…then..! And in 2015 the time had come. We bought this house and completely stripped it and converted it into an 8-person house 'GolfvillaTexel'. Texel never gets bored; summer, autumn, winter and spring. We love coming there. And now we would like to share it with you.

Additional information

The place is fantastic for couples and/or families who love peace, luxury and space. On the edge of the park on a spacious plot with when the sun shines (which is often on Texel) all day sun in and around the house. Of course also the possibility to relax under the umbrella on warm days. And it is great for families with children as there are plenty of activities for children of all ages to keep them entertained . Within 10/15 minutes you cycle to the beautiful wide beach where there are also several cozy beach bars. From our house there are beautiful walking routes (Hanenpad) through the dunes, to the sea and through the Crimean forest. There is a supermarket in the park, but there is also a very large supermarket within a 10-minute walk with a much larger range of products with extended opening hours throughout the year.
