Kaap Zilt Texel

Island oasis...  Kaap Zilt is located in the northern tip of Texel, near the cozy village of De Cocksdorp. Lovely in the lee, on the edge of luxury holiday park De Krim. Kaap Zilt is guaranteed to enjoy and is equipped with all comforts! Kaap Zilt is a spacious detached holiday home for 5 people (despite the 6 sleeping places, we receive a maximum of 5 guests for an optimal stay), with a sea of light, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with wood stove and large sliding doors with dune view, terrace with fireplace on the South, open kitchen (small, but equipped with all conveniences) and a spacious garden with trampoline and 2p hammock. There is parking space for a maximum of 2 cars. 

To avoid disappointment: Kaap Zilt is 'no smoking', not available for groups and pets are not allowed. For a comfortable stay, a maximum of 5 people, including children, applies. 

Kaap Zilt is detached and is located in one of the most beautiful spots, against the edge of the golf course with a beautiful dune view on the South, with a spacious garden and terrace all around. The entrance is on a quiet (dead-end) street.

Due to its location on the South: if it shines, you have sun all day long. In the morning in the sun outside on the terrace, out of the wind, waking up with fresh coffee. In the evening a nice bbq while the sun slowly disappears behind the golf course.

All three bedrooms have two single beds with box spring and nice mattresses (80x210cm). On the beds four-season down duvets. Fine bed linen and towels for inside are included.

Moccamaster for the filter coffee lover, Bialetti for the Italian and a hand grinder and Hario V60 for the pour-over barista. And of course a milk frother that makes skuumkoppe. Kamado Joe Classic II & Weber bbq, blender for delicious smoothies, refrigerator (2nd in storage), small freezer, convection oven, microwave, toaster, kettle,  gas stove. 46" smart tv, Sonos sound, modern wood stove, games, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Restless from all the peace? Still want to check your socials? Netflix in bed? Or follow an online yoga session? There is hi-speed Wifi throughout the house.

Outside: Outdoor fireplace, wood supply (normal use included), large trampoline (own risk), Kamado table with Kamado Joe Classic II, Fatboy 2p hammock, garden house with 4 bicycles. At Kaap Zilt there is parking space for max. two cars. For electric cars, there are charging stations centrally located in the park.

Park De Krim: Kaap Zilt is located in one of the most beautiful spots of luxury holiday park De Krim. The park includes a small Spar (fresh croissants), tropical swimming pool (admission included), ATM, bowling, climbing park, kids club. Due to its unique location, you have all the benefits, but not the burdens of a park. Golfclub de Texelse (18 holes) is 5 min. walking distance – beautifully situated in the dunes.

Sun, sea and beach: The North Sea beach is 'around the corner', 3km west straight through the Texel Dunes National Park. Here you will find Paal 28, or a little further, the lighthouse (Noordpunt) and Paal 33 (with beach pavilion Kaap Noord). Here is also the Wadden ferry de Vriendschap for day trips to Vlieland or for a seal trip. The Wadden Sea is 2km away (de Cocksdorp).

De Cocksdorp: The cozy village of De Cocksdorp is only 1.5 km away. Here is a nice large supermarket (Plus) with ATM, various restaurants and shops, a fresh bakery. At the head of the Cocksdorp is also the picturesque Haventje van Sil.
