The bungalows of Villapark Residentie Texel are spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for a carefree holiday. Type A has a spacious garden with patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Inside you will find an attractive living and dining area with TV and in many bungalows a (open) fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

You have free high-speed internet and more than 30 digital TV channels. The total living area is approximately 75 m².

Villapark Residentie Texel is the ideal base for your holiday on Texel. The park is located in the north of the island, near the lighthouse and surrounded by beach and nature. Guests can use the facilities of Holiday Park De Krim: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurants, bowling, miniature golf, play paradises, supermarket, bicycle rental and a fun entertainment program during the school holidays. No one will be bored here!

1. Arrival date within 2 weeks of booking date

Instant payment within 24 hours

2. Arrival date within 6 weeks of booking date

3. Arrival date further away than 6 weeks after booking date

Instalment payment of 2 instalments

First installment payment 50% total amount within 2 weeks after reservation date
Second installment payment 50% total amount up to 6 weeks before arrival

A cancellation will continue in accordance with the Recron conditions

Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival – 15% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 – 3 months before arrival – 50% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 to 1 month before arrival – 75% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 1 month before arrival – 90% of the agreed rent

The main attraction of Holiday Park De Krim is the beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Here you will find three water slides, an exciting wild water course and a spray park that is completely decorated in Texel style.

De Krim Natuuravontuur is an interactive outdoor center with petting zoo, which originated from a collaboration between De Krim Texel and Lodewijk Hoekstra, known from the SBS6 program Lodewijks Groen Geluk. The centre focuses on discovering nature and the unique landscape of Texel in a playful way. Through a combination of education, experience and fun, both children and parents are made aware of the value of nature in an inspiring way.

Do you want to keep in shape or continue your fitness routine during your vacation? This is possible in the modern fitness room at Holiday Park De Krim. This is free of charge for guests of the holiday park. Even if you are not staying at the park, you are welcome to use the fitness room for a fee.

In the park centre of Holiday Park De Krim, in addition to various restaurants, you will also find the swimming pool, the game hall, the indoor children's play paradise and the bowling alley. This bowling alley is the ideal place for a pleasant morning, afternoon or evening with the family.

A beautiful view during your lunch, dinner or drinks completes the experience. This unique combination can be found at Restaurant 't Hanenhuus. This new restaurant, with a spacious terrace, is located on Golf Course De Texelse and offers beautiful views over the golf course. Because the restaurant and terrace are located at a height of 1.60 meters, you can enjoy the landscape to the fullest. As icing on the cake, you might end your visit with a breathtaking sunset behind the dunes.
