Payment terms

1. Arrival date within 2 weeks of booking date

Instant payment within 24 hours

2. Arrival date within 6 weeks of booking date 

Payment date within 14 days

3. Arrival date further away than 6 weeks after booking date 

Instalment payment of 2 instalments

• First installment payment 50% total amount within 2 weeks after reservation date
• Second installment payment 50% total amount up to 6 weeks before arrival  

A cancellation will continue in accordance with the Recron conditions 

• Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival – 15% of the agreed rent
• Cancellation within 2 – 3 months before arrival – 50% of the agreed rent
• Cancellation within 2 to 1 month before arrival – 75% of the agreed rent
• Cancellation within 1 month before arrival – 90% of the agreed rent
• Cancellation on the day of arrival – 100% of the agreed rent

In case of cancellation, an administration fee of €28.90 will be charged
