The modern living room is equipped with a smart TV and gas fireplace. There is a cozy dining area with a dining table for 6 people. The living space is directly connected to the garden room. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment with 3 drawers, induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and a filter coffee machine.
The house has a large spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180x200), private bathroom with very spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with 2 single box spring beds. The beds are made as standard. The upper floor has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall downstairs.
This holiday home has a sunny garden with a beautiful garden room and a large terrace on the southwest. Garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a parasol are provided. The garden is completely enclosed.
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. Washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. Free Wifi. For children there is a playground with a playground equipment, trampoline and a seesaw seal. There is a closed shed for your bicycles including electricity connection. There is also a charging station for electric cars for communal use. All windows are equipped with roller screens. The Wulpenweid Wellness Garden is located in our yard. Before or during your stay you can reserve time blocks of 2 hours per day to relax and use the barrel sauna and/or jacuzzi.
Horses Ymme, Puck & Touch
Behind the "Fietsenboetje" are the stables of the horses Ymme, Puck & Touch. Feel free to come and pet them.
