Detached unique coach house in the center of Voorburg. A small historic village near The Hague. The beach and the center of The Hague are 10 minutes by car. Public transport 5 minutes away that will take you to the center of The Hague and the beach. Voorburg itself is picturesque and there are numerous restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.

The house is located on the water (Vliet). The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are located in the main house (coach house) and 1 bedroom (2 persons with shower and toilet) is in the adjacent garden house. For 6 people we ask for a small contribution more (€ 50 per night).

The coach house is a unique house in the center of Voorburg. We have a beautiful garden right on the water. Our luxury sloop is moored in our harbour. It is possible to take a tour through The Hague, Leiden or Delft. We do charge some extra costs for this. How nice is it to take a day trip through Leiden with a BBQ on board.

We are a family and have been living in the Koetshuis for 6 years with great pleasure. Right in the center of cozy Voorburg. 5 minutes from train and bus. 15 minutes from The Hague and 20 minutes from Scheveningen. A unique and special base to discover the region.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
