Are you ready for a relaxing holiday almost directly on the coast? Welcome to our attractive holiday home in the quiet and car-free park 'Het Oude Nieuwland' in Ouddorp. Within a few minutes you can walk through the dunes to the wide North Sea beach, while the cozy village center of Ouddorp is also easily accessible by bike.
The wooden bungalow is ideal for couples, young families or peace seekers who want to enjoy the beach, nature and outdoor life. Thanks to the many windows, the living room feels wonderfully light and spacious. After a day at the seaside, you can relax in the comfortable seating area or have a nice meal together at the dining table. There is also a brand new air conditioner to both cool and heat on the colder days.
The large open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge with freezer, small dishwasher, microwave and all the necessities to prepare your own meal. The house has two bedrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. One bedroom has a box spring bed of 160x200 cm. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. Wardrobes are available.
The compact, but complete bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Outside you will find a nice, free garden where you can enjoy the sun, peace and privacy all day long. The garden is fully fenced and equipped with a lockable gate so ideal for small children. Under the canopy you can enjoy breakfast with a cup of coffee or reminisce about a long walk on the beach. In addition, there is a practical storage room for bicycles, beach equipment or surf equipment. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the storage room.
In the garden with lots of privacy you will find a terrace set, two sunbeds and a nice lounge set.
