Vacation villa

Our holiday villa is beautifully situated close to the dunes, the forest, and the beach at Noordwijk.

The area is ideal for walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, and enjoying the many beaches in the immediate area. The cozy center of Noordwijk is 3 km from the villa and has various restaurants, beach pavilions, shops and other activities for all ages.

Amsterdam, The Hague, Leiden and Haarlem can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Family parks such as Duinrell, Drievliet and Europe's largest outdoor playground Linneaushof are approximately 15 minutes from the villa. Noordwijk is also home to the famous Space Expo and the Keukenhof in Lisse is 9 km away. Everywhere in the area in spring the flower fields are in bloom and you can enjoy the flowers by boat, by bike or via hiking trails.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people, plus a baby or toddler in the existing camp bed. A child's chair and any other necessities can also be arranged upon request.

The ground floor is approximately 38 square meters and has a new modern kitchen with appliances, dining area, extra toilet, and a spacious modern living room. Through the large sliding door you enter the spacious well-kept garden with a newly laid-out terrace of over 60 square meters with another canopy of 7 square meters.

The holiday home is completely fenced with garden mesh. At the parking lot and on one side the fence is 180 cm high. On the water and on the other side with high bushes and trees, the fence is 60 cm high.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with new comfortable beds and a cloakroom with washing machine. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The new dormer window provides extra space and comfort.

There is enough space for two cars in the private driveway.

The villa is located on the neat holiday park. The park is closed to unauthorized traffic by means of a barrier. There are two playgrounds for children at the park.

WiFi internet (ADSL) and digital TV are available and are included in the price.

The rental period in the main season is from Saturday to Saturday but in consultation other arrangements are possible, Other periods minimum 3 nights. Please contact us for this.
