Giethoorn and surrounding villages are part of the Weerribben Wieden National Park. “Beach House Giethoorn” is a 4-person mobile home and is located at camping site De Blauwe Hand in Wanneperveen, in the middle of the crossroads of the lakes around Giethoorn.

Are you looking for peace or activity, on the water or on land, with a unique culture and beautiful nature? Then you have come to the right place at Beach House Giethoorn. In the area you can cycle, walk, sail, sail, water sports, swim and enjoy the beautiful nature and various beaches. And then relax on one of the many terraces or on your own terrace.

Beach House Giethoorn is located on camping site de Blauwe Hand. A neat campsite right on the Belterwijde lake.
In your own comfortable Beach House you have access to various private facilities, such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. There is both heating and air conditioning, so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay in the spring, autumn and summer. Outside you can enjoy the Weber BBQ, the lounge sofas and the seating area.

In addition, Camping de Blauwe Hand offers extra options such as a playground, recreation room, sanitary building and its own harbor. Along the waterfront you can cast your fishing rod or enjoy all the passing boats on the platform and how the children splash into the water with the water slide.

Within walking and cycling distance are various drinking and dining places where you can enjoy your holiday!

Giethoorn is known worldwide for its characteristic village canal with bridges and the absence of roads. The lake area is a delight for every nature lover and water sports enthusiast. Several national parks are close by, with extensive forests and moors. There are many beaches and restaurants in the area. The city of Meppel is close by, where you can enjoy shopping, eating, enjoying culture and many events. There is also a climbing park and subtropical swimming pool. There is something to do for every child in the playground at De Blauwe Hand campsite. There is also a boules court, table tennis and basketball.
