Erve Klijnevink Apartment Noord

We converted a former stable for you. The apartments are fully and cosily furnished. All linen (bed, bath and kitchen) is provided.
In the luxuriously furnished apartments you will find the bedroom on the semi-open floor. On the ground floor you will find a sitting area with a solid sofa bed, LCD television, a 4-person dining area and a kitchenette with 4-burner induction hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee and tea making facility. There is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. You have several terraces with a beautiful view of the garden, the meadow with cows or nature, possibly from under the haystack! Cool air conditioning in summer and warm underfloor heating in winter. One apartment is suitable for two people (the sofa bed in the living room can be used for an emergency for 2 extra sleeping places. However, the comfort and privacy will be reduced.)
The apartments are secluded in the owner's yard at the former farm. There is still all kinds of small livestock such as goats, chickens, geese. In the meadow around the farm you can regularly admire the neighbour's cows.
Surroundings
The holiday apartments are located in the middle of the meadows. Peace and space are keywords. On foot, by bike or by car: there is much to discover and experience at any distance.
Landgoed Neppelenbroek is an ideal walking area. There are plenty of cycling routes: country estate routes, taste cycling routes, pancake cycling route, too many to mention.
Erve Klijnevink is located in the outlying area between Wesepe and Broekland in the west of Overijssel. The Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Deventer are 20 minutes away by car. Avonturenpark Hellendoorn can be reached within half an hour by car. And if you want to go further afield: Germany, the Randstad, Groningen or Nijmegen can be reached in an hour.

Raalte
The village of Raalte is located in the heart of Salland, a region full of scenic variations, embedded between the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the east and the river IJssel in the west. The landscape and natural beauty are very attractive to explore by bicycle, on foot or on horseback. Raalte has an extensive shopping center with a wide and varied range of shops. Every Wednesday morning there is a market in the center.

Olst Wijhe
The municipality of Olst-Wijhe is located on the river IJssel. Both Olst and Wijhe originated as settlements along the IJssel. Olst-Wijhe has beautiful floodplains, beautiful nature reserves and a wide countryside with beautiful farms with often red MRIJ cattle in the meadow. Fortunately, the characteristic estates and mills have been preserved. In the picturesque villages you will find beautiful old buildings with beautiful old facades. Wijhe has the well-known museum Het Nijenhuis (part of the Zwolle museum "De Fundatie")

Deventer
Deventer is an old Hanseatic city. The historic city offers something for everyone: culture, city walks, varied catering and many events. Nationally known events are the Deventer Boekenmarkt, Deventer op Stelten and the Dickens Festijn in December. Many of our guests came home with nice purchases from the various antique and curio shops.

Zwolle
The city of Zwolle invites you to discover, but also to relax and enjoy. There is a wide range of terraces, cafes and restaurants. A cycling tour of Zwolle or a lovely city walk, coupled with a visit to one of the many museums in the city. The wide range of shops, the various events and the beautiful parks make a visit to Zwolle definitely worthwhile.
