Sometimes cancellation is unavoidable for whatever reason. In that case it is important that you inform us immediately in writing (by e-mail, WhatsApp, via Micazu or SMS). If you as a tenant cancel the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rent remains due; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and up to 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If you indicate between 14 days and the start date or during the rental period that you will not make any use of the rented property, the full rent remains due.
