The Drostenerve

'Het Drostenerve' is an attractive and luxuriously furnished holiday home located in the southwest corner of the province of Overijssel, in the Sallandse boulissen landscape of the municipality Olst-Wijhe.
Salland is a unique holiday area between the IJssel river and the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. The landscape is very varied with beautiful floodplains, impressive nature reserves and country estates with monumental farms and stately country houses. Restored mills, a wooded hillside, flowering moors and river IJssel with various ferries and foot feathers.

The area is perfect for making a lovely walk or a beautiful bike and mountain bike tour. You will enjoy the tranquility, the natural beauty, the cows and the sheep in the meadow and the sound of the birds. The region includes charming villages such as Olst-Wijhe, Raalte and Diepenveen, but also the Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Deventer for a pleasant day of shopping or a city walk through the beautiful historic center.

The authentic farm 'Het Drostenerve' belonged to the nearby Spijkerbosch estate until 1983 and was converted in 2005 into a beautiful holiday home with the look of then and the luxury of today.
The holiday home is equipped with a lot of privacy and comfort. From the modern kitchen and the cozy sitting area you have a fantastic panoramic view over the countryside. After a nice summer day you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The house is surrounded by a spacious, well maintained and partly fenced garden, where children can play, ride around on the go-karts, lose energy on the large trampoline or just play football. You can enjoy the morning sun on one of the terraces, enjoy the barbecue with your family or friends or just dream away with a nice book. While the preparations for dinner take place in the fully equipped kitchen, the rest of the company entertains in the former 'dêle', which now serves as a relaxation area. The pool table, dart board and the air hockey table provide entertainment for young and old and contribute to a wonderful stay.
