Holiday home "Happy Outside" 

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful country house in Nutter. It is located in the gently sloping Twente landscape where you can enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides. You can walk directly from the cottage into the forest. The birds sing the highest song here and there is also a beautiful bird watching post 15 minutes by bike. Nature is beautiful here with deer, hares, rabbits, pheasants, woodpeckers, etc. If you are lucky, you will even see the black woodpecker.   

The location of the cottage is on the edge of a small-scale bungalow park adjacent to the nature reserve "Het Springendal" (Natura 2000 area).  The cozy artists' village of Ootmarsum is nearby. A trip to the German Nordhorn is also recommended. There are many tourist opportunities in the area. We often go by bike or on foot to the Watermolen of Bels to eat the best pancake in Twente. This can be done on the terrace or by the fireplace. A walk through the forest to Hoeve Springendal is always a party. And did you know that Twente also has a dolmen? That is in Mander, also nearby. In Mander, you can also pick delicious strawberries yourself during the season. Organic of course.

For the tastiest sorbet, go to the eatery in the bungalow park of the cottage. There you can enjoy a really old-fashioned delicious sorbet on the terrace. You can also eat delicious food here, by the way. 

The cottage has a facility for 4 people with 2 bedrooms: A master bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed.  Furthermore, the cottage is equipped with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. A large colorful garden with seating areas where you can find the sun or shade as desired. With the lounge set we have a wood stove where you can light a fire. The Wifi is very poor, this is being worked on but is not yet optimal. The channels of the TV go via Canal+, which works fine.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in this cottage.
