Forest bungalow "Serafina" Ootmarsum

Come and recharge yourself in this beautiful forest bungalow "Serafina" near Ootmarsum.

The bungalow is really in the most beautiful spot of a small-scale park Bij de Bronnen. It is completely free on the edge of the park with a wide view over a field and adjacent to the forest. The name Serafina means "heavenly winged angel", a radiant protective being. It symbolizes warmth, light and the serene connection with nature that we want to offer here. Just like an angel provides peace and inspiration, with Serafina we offer a place where you can completely unwind. The place where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, with a serene atmosphere of peace and harmony, where you can even experience a little magic.

Be surprised by the lovely large private garden and covered veranda and the various seating areas in sun and shade. Don't be surprised if you see the deer, birds, rabbits and squirrels in the garden or in the field and in the forest. Let yourself be recharged by the special healing high energy that hangs there and a peace that cannot be described, here it is still really dark. 

The cottage is cozy and stylishly furnished with everything you need and more; dishwasher, wifi, bluetooth box, Nespresso machine, nice shower, mosquito nets in front of the doors and a good double box spring bed (double mattress 1.80 by 2.00 and twin duvet). On the soft couch you can read your favorite TV channels Canal Plus on the smart TV or play one of the games. I love crystals and card decks, you can enjoy that too.

Under the veranda you can relax or barbecue during the day and in the evening. . Due to a step between the living and dining area, it is not suitable for the disabled.

My nature house is located in beautiful Twente, 1.5 km. of the picturesque art town of Ootmarsum. You are right on the enchanting nature of Het Springendal, also known as the garden of the Netherlands. Walking or cycling you sometimes don't meet anyone for hours and you can enjoy the cornfields, picturesque seepage ponds, waterfalls and narrow streams in the forest.

The idyllic countryside and wooded surroundings offer you every opportunity to completely shut yourself off from the contemporary hustle and bustle. Walking on the sandy paths or cycling on the numerous cycling routes, it is all possible in the hilly Twente landscape with old water mills and of course the lakes of De Bronnen. You walk and cycle from the cottage directly into the forest where you can follow several routes, it is not yet busy here and still really dark. I think nature is just like being abroad!

You have a spacious private parking space and you can park your bicycles dry and safe.
You are 1.5 km away from the pleasant Ootmarsum with numerous recreational opportunities and shops.
You can enjoy culture and culinary, it is the oldest town in Twente, the art city of the East.

A bustling town with a historic city center, restaurants, shops and lots of galleries. In warm weather you can go to the beautiful swimming pool on the Kuiperberg. You are 5 km from the German border where you can visit Bad Bentheim (Spa) or Gronau.

But also Oldenzaal (golf course) and Enschede (Sauna Holterhof) can be reached quickly.
