When you rent De IJsvogel, bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the price. Additional costs are the final cleaning, the deposit and the tourist tax/park costs. The latter can no longer be paid at the reception of bungalow park Bij de Bronnen, but are forwarded by the landlord.

At the park you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

There is no charging facility for an electric car at the cottage itself; a charging station can be found in the parking lot of bungalow park/campsite Bij de Bronnen. It is also not allowed to charge at the Kingfisher itself via a socket (house has a 10 ampere connection).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
