Our lovely holiday home De IJsvogel is located on the edge of the forest in the beautiful nature reserve Het Springendal. In the vicinity you will find the artists' town of Ootmarsum and the many walking and cycling routes start near the holiday home.

The stone bungalow meets the requirements of the present time and is equipped with a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms with auping beds, open kitchen, wood stove, WiFi, Smart TV, modern sanitary facilities, central heating, various terraces and a driveway for 2 cars.

De IJsvogel is located on the edge of Camping and Bungalow Park Bij de Bronnen. The park has many facilities such as a cozy café/restaurant, bicycle and go-kart rental and many walking and cycling routes. Many more activities in Twente can be found on the free downloadable Eropuit Twente app.

We are Ellen and Peter, both in our fifties. Since September 2024, we have been the proud and happy owners of bungalow De IJsvogel. The tranquility and nature are second to none, our house is on the edge of the forest in the natura2000 area; The Springendal. We would like to share this nice place with others. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When you rent De IJsvogel, bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the price. Additional costs are the final cleaning, the deposit and the tourist tax/park costs. The latter can no longer be paid at the reception of bungalow park Bij de Bronnen, but are forwarded by the landlord.

At the park you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

There is no charging facility for an electric car at the cottage itself; a charging station can be found in the parking lot of bungalow park/campsite Bij de Bronnen. It is also not allowed to charge at the Kingfisher itself via a socket (house has a 10 ampere connection).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
