Erve Toon is located on the Vijfhuizenweg in the beautiful outskirts of Holten.
It is the front house of the beautiful farmhouse, where a number of cattle (Blonde d'Aquitaine and Herefords) are also kept in the yard.

The front house has a net surface area of 72 m².
The room is suitable for 2 people = places 1 and 2.

However, there is sleeping space for a total of 4 people – see the floor plans. Ask for the additional discount for 3-4 people.

Erve Toon is suitable for a week's holiday, as it also has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, etc. However, breakfast is also possible every morning by appointment. The only thing that is not available is a dishwasher. However, you can just leave the dishes on the last day.

We are Herman and Marietje Nijenhuis and live in the rear part of the Salland farmhouse with 2 daughters.
We also provide breakfast in the morning, but the front house can also be booked without breakfast.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  1. The lead guest must be 18 years or older, be responsible for his or her fellow guests, have a permanent place of residence or abode, and carry valid ID.
  2. The prices of Erve Toon are indicated when booking.
  3. Prices include tourist tax, water, electricity and final cleaning.
  4. The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal oversight or circumstances beyond the owner's control.
  5. The guest is expected to behave as a guest and to report any damage or missing items to the owner. Any costs will be charged.
  6. The guest parks any car on the grass to the right of the entrance, so that the entrance remains free for use by the owner.
  7. There is no dishwasher. On the day of departure, the guest can simply leave the dishes. The owner washes up; after the guest's departure.
  8. The owner is responsible for the final cleaning. The guest is expected to keep this B&B Erve Toon as tidy as possible and to leave it behind.
  9. The owner is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as power failure, wifi, water supplies and technical installations.
  10. The guest follows any instructions from the owner or manager.
  11. The owner or manager can immediately deny and/or refuse guests access to B&B Erve Toon in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of inappropriate behaviour, without further notice and without giving reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.
  12. The administration of the owner is decisive in case of mutual disagreement unless the guest can prove otherwise.
  13. Check in between 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Of course, the garden of this holiday home is equipped with patio furniture.
The terrace is located on the east, so you can sit outside in the morning and have breakfast in the sun.
The terrace is equipped with an electric awning, so you can sit outside in the summer.
At the front of the house you will find a quiet courtyard where no continuous traffic passes.
In 2025, the house will be equipped with solar panels and a home battery. On an annual basis, more electricity is fed back into the grid than is consumed, so sustainability is of paramount importance to us.
The separate toilet is located in the hall.
On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms with two single beds.
From the hall you can go to the bathroom and the separate toilet, but also to the bedroom on the ground floor.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink combination.
The open kitchen is equipped with a full kitchen inventory, including a dishwasher and microwave.
