The house has been completely renovated from a small bungalow into a spacious forest house, equipped with all modern conveniences. A beautiful rural open kitchen, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating, 2 spacious bedrooms, living & dining room with patio doors to the terrace. An attractive wood-burning stove for romantic autumn & winter evenings. And a very relaxing bonus: a lovely spacious sauna in the garden! The house is ideal for 2 to 4 people and families with small children: there is a baby/cot, high chair, bath & changing table.

Area
Holten is a pleasant village in Overijssel with an attractive center, good restaurants and a wide range of nice shops. The surroundings are beautiful: wonderful walking, cycling and mountain bike trails on and around the Holterberg, Sallandse Heuvelrug, and the Borkeld nature reserve.

Accessibility and parking
The forest villa is easily accessible: by car due to its practical location near the A1 and in front of the house there is parking for 2 cars. By public transport: there is a bus from NS Holten station, the stop is a 5-minute walk. Distance to the center: 5 minutes by bike. Distance to Holterberg: 10 minutes by bike.

Additional
You can make free use of the sauna (fair use), 4 bicycles with child seats & WiFi.
One of the bedrooms has a TV with DVD player. You can play your own music (via iPod, etc.) on the music system/Blue Ray in the living room.
There is washing/drying facilities.
It rains? Grab a board game, DVD or book from the cupboard or browse through many stacks of (including travel) magazines.
