Luxury holiday home for 6 people
The Nagtegaal country house is a cosy, spacious holiday home in Twente farmhouse style, which is fully equipped for a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing stay. The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with large dining table, bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and storage room with washing machine. Coffee lovers can opt for both Nespresso and filter coffee. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The house has a large garden with a sunny terrace and lots of privacy and is located on the edge of the park. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture for 6 people. Buitenhuis de Nagtegaal is only rented to holiday guests and is not available for groups of young people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house, smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
