Luxury holiday home for 6 people
De Pimpelmees is a cosy, spacious holiday home that is fully equipped for a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing holiday. The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with large dining table, bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and storage room. with washing machine and dryer. Coffee lovers can opt for both Nespresso and filter coffee. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and luxurious infrared sauna. The house has a large garden with a sunny terrace and lots of privacy and is located on the edge of the park. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture for 6 people. Buitenhuis De Pimpelmees is only rented out to holiday guests and is not available for groups of young people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house, smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.

For us it feels like coming home when we approach the beautiful Buitengoed in beautiful Twente. In this part of Overijssel we can often be found in the woods and on the heath for a bike ride or walk, where you can also find extensive lunch and dinner options. We also like to visit the surrounding places with the hospitable atmosphere. Again and again we come to surprisingly beautiful places.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the holiday-maker pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

in case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

in case of cancellation within three to two months before the effective date, 50% of the agreed price;

in case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

in case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;

in case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.

The fee will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of administration costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday-maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.
