This Cosy Cabin deluxe from Royal Resort is the ideal base for a wonderful walking holiday or on an adventure with your dog.

This Chalet is located in the forest at Bospark het Groene Hert, this is a small-scale holiday park that is under development.
The park does not yet have any general facilities. However, all facilities are available on the plot.

Cosy Cabin has just that little bit of extra luxury, think of beautiful themed rooms, finished to a high standard with a wood-fired hot tub as an extra luxury outside. Here you can literally escape from your daily hustle and bustle and enjoy your family or four-legged friend. You will be surrounded by the sound of the birds, rustling leaves and total tranquility. It is almost impossible to get closer to nature.

Cosy Living:
A cozy living room with luxury kitchen where all conveniences are provided. Think, for example, of a Nespresso coffee maker with a milk frother, airfryer, kettle, toaster and sufficient cooking utensils, glasses and cutlery. Includes kitchen towel set. Even the first day of coffee cups has been thought of! The living room has a luxurious corner sofa and a spacious dining area. In the chalet there is free Wifi available and you can enjoy the TV.De open doors lead to the veranda where there are 2 relax chairs, a nice place to start the day. And then relax in the hot tub. Every booking comes with a starter pack of wood, additional wood can be purchased for a small fee.

Sweet Dreams:
The Cosy Cabin deluxe has 2 themed bedrooms.* Owl-room is the bedroom with a two-person box spring, the beds are already made for you on arrival. There is plenty of closet space in this room. The room is completely the sign of the owl, it even watches over you.* Peacock-room is the bedroom with 2 single box springs, again plenty of storage options. This room is dedicated to the peacock. 

Bath Time:
The compact bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle with rain shower, toilet and a bathroom cabinet. There is an electric heating element here. A towel set can be booked separately for €10.00 per stay. Here you get 2 large bath towels (ideal size for hot tub use) 1 towel plus a guest towel p.p.

Garden:
The garden of the Cosy Cabin deluxe is completely fenced off, so don't be afraid that the dog will run away, of course close the gate properly! The garden has 2 lounge loungers, very nice when you want to relax after using the hot tub. There is a garden set to eat well with 4 people. You can also enjoy the evening sun on the lounge chairs on the veranda with a delicious glass of wine. All garden furniture is from 4Seasons Outdoor so quality guaranteed. A washing machine is available in the storage room, there are also 2 electric bicycles for rent, you can indicate this extra when booking. Would you like to take the dog with you on a bike ride? That is possible, because there is also a dog bike trailer in the storage room, which you can use for free at the bike rental.

Environment:
The surroundings of our chalet are a paradise for nature lovers and active people. Located against the Sallandse Heuvelrug, the area offers endless opportunities for walking and cycling through the beautiful landscape of forests, heaths and sand drifts.

Visit nearby attractions such as Hellendoorn Adventure Park, the picturesque village of Nijverdal, or discover the rich history and culture of the region. For a day of shopping and dining you can go to the cozy center of Hellendoorn. There is something for everyone in this versatile and beautiful environment.
