Close to the German border is our cozy 4-person holiday home in Finnish style, the cottage is located on a holiday park in Gramsbergen. The park has many recreational opportunities. Think of swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool, bowling, tennis and a visit to the petting zoo.

The cottage is cosily furnished, there is a TV in the sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the seating area. After an active day in the inviting surroundings, you can dine al fresco or enjoy a drink on the covered terrace. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The storage room includes a washing machine, an airfryer and a microwave. The cottage is fully electric and equipped with WiFi. Small pets are allowed.

Environment:
For a relaxing bike ride or walk, there are beautiful nature reserves in the area. There are several routes to be found, such as the Pieterpad! There are also many trips to make from the holiday home. Visit the Slagharen amusement park, just 10 km from the park. Other good tips for a fun day with children are Plopsa Indoor Coevorden (14 km) and WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen (30 km). The lively city of Zwolle (46 km) or the weekly market in authentic Lingen (58 km) are also recommended!

We are a small family and love all kinds of holidays! Enjoy playing and romping in the playground, on the cable car, swimming in an indoor or outdoor pool, walking or cycling and of course delicious food and drinks on the indoor or outdoor terrace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

These are the nightly rates excluding certain costs.

Rates are exclusive of bed linen, final cleaning, service costs and tourist tax.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
