Welcome to our 6-person holiday home on the (fishing) water!

The holiday home is located in the beautiful Gramsbergen of Overijssel at the holiday park 'T Hooge Holt. Our house has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box springs, and a cot is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a spacious round kitchen table for cozy dining with a view of the beautiful fish pond, and a high chair is also available. In the living room you can laze around by the wood-burning stove and there is a TV, so you don't have to miss a program during your holiday.
And of course it is wonderful to relax in the lovely garden around our house, in the sun or in the shade, something for everyone.

You don't have to leave the park to be entertained!
At our park you can enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the bowling alleys, escape room, indoor and outdoor miniature golf course, tennis court, but also a game hall and a very beautiful indoor playground. Outside there is a petting zoo and playground. And don't forget the carp pond. The inner person is also taken into account, there is a cozy restaurant with terrace and cafeteria, you can order sandwiches at our reception.
There are several cycling and walking routes from the park, information at reception. Bicycles can be rented via reception.

Beer brewery and cafe Mommeriete (250m)
Boat trip Germany (250m)
Plopsa Indoor Coevorden (15km)

But also to the cities:
Hoogeveen, Coevorden, Emmen, the pleasant Ommen or a day in Germany.

We are Bianca and Ingmar and have 2 children. From June 1, 2023 we will be the proud owners of this cozy/modern holiday home on the fishing pond at the beautiful holiday park 't Hooge Holt. Besides the fact that we really enjoy spending our days off in our holiday home, we would like to rent it out, so that other couples and families can also enjoy this nice house, park with many facilities and beautiful surroundings.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation by tenant
Cancellations must be communicated to Time4vacay in writing by email. Immediately after receiving the cancellation, Time4vacay will send you a cancellation confirmation/invoice.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker pays a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:
– in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date,
50% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date,
75% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date,
90% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date,
100% of the agreed price.

The compensation will be refunded proportionately, after deduction of administration costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof.
